Arthur isn't sure what to expect when he approaches the address. He's cautious and observant and he's as prepared as he'd been able to be. Without a real weapon, he's got his water pistol, a small paring knife he'd taken from the kitchen and his usual pocketed contents.

There's only one door that he can get through and that's fine. He walks in quietly, taking note of what's around him. The buzzer catches his attention, but Arthur's a little too curious to not try the door first. There's just a deadbolt and that's not hard to work open with part of a pen and a card from his wallet.

He steps into the tiny room and looks around quietly. Interesting.
